On 26 and 27 of November, almost 40 NGOs from Romania, Norway and Iceland met at Bucharest. During the organized seminar, were built and planned projects that could be submitted during the second call for proposals of NGO Funds in Romania, financed by EEA and Norwegian grants, 2009 – 2014.
