Following an increased financial allocation available within the Funds for Bilateral Relations, the Operator announces the increase of the amount available for grants within the Call for proposals no. 1/2016.

Civil Society Development Foundation launches the Call for Proposals no.1/2016 within the Fund for Bilateral Relations, Measure b. Networking and experience exchange.
The objective of the call is to facilitate networking, exchange, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, experience and best practice between project promoters of the Romanian NGO Fund and entities in donor states.
The ONLY eligible applicants under the present call are non-governmental and non-profit organisations who acted as promoters of projects financed within the NGO Fund in Romania under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.

As part of the NGO Fund, the Bilateral Relations Fund aims to increase the cooperation between Romanian NGOs and donor countries (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), improve the exchange of experience and the results of activities sharing.
