Civil Society Development Foundation launches the first Call for Proposals within the Fund for Bilateral Relations.

As part of the NGO Fund, Bilateral Relations Fund aims to increase the cooperations between Romanian NGOs  and donor countries (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), improve the exchage of experience and the results of activities sharing.

The objective of this call is to support the Romanian NGOs to find find partners from donor countries, in order to develop sustainable partnership and prepare applications for bilateral projects for NGO Fund programme.

Civil Society Development Foundation collaborates with the Norwegian Helsinki Committee in order to facilitate identification of partners. A comprehensive database of NGOs from Norway is available HERE.

Romanian nongovernmental organisations facing difficulties in the identification of interested partners can fill in the Search For Partners Form, revealing their areas of interest and the type of partner looked for. CSDF will diseminate this information to the Norwegian Helsinki Committee and other support organisations from the donor states, encouraging the potential interested organisations to contact directly the organisation from Romania.
